Robert DeLucia
Chief Financial OfficerBob DeLucia has deep experience in leading finance and accounting functions at large, multinational organizations and pre-IPO start-ups. He has specialized in resolving complex financial issues, building accounting functions and instilling a performance-based culture.
Bob spent nearly three years as the Chief Accounting Officer for Clearwire Corporation where he led a domestic and international team of professionals and was responsible for accounting, accounts payable, financial reporting and the purchasing and receiving functions. He was recruited to bring about significant improvements needed to these functions at a critical time when Clearwire was newly public and growing rapidly.
Prior to Clearwire, Bob served as Vice President and Controller at Adelphia Communications Corporation, one of the country's largest cable companies and, in 2002, became one of the high profile corporate fraud and bankruptcy cases. Hired as replacement management, he was responsible for the turnaround and rebuilding of the accounting and reporting functions.
Bob also was CFO of Public Interactive, Inc., an Internet Backbone provider; CFO at Zentropy Partners which was a subsidiary of Interpublic Group of Companies; and VP of Finance at McCann Erickson Worldwide, one of the largest international marketing and advertising agencies. Bob began his career with Arthur Andersen and KPMG.
Bob received a BSBA Accounting and Management degree from Robert Morris University.
